The FireShield Mini Automatic Fire Extinguisher is the perfect choice for fighting fires within enclosed micro-environments thanks to its small size and innovative design. The FireShield Mini Automatic Fire Extinguisher is fitted with a heat-sensitive glass bulb. When the temperatures rises to approximately 57°C, the glass bulb breaks and automatically releases the extinguishing agent which rapidly tackles the fire.

The Mini Automatic Fire Extinguisher is coated in an epoxy polyester powder, providing an anti-corrosive finish. That way, despite it’s size, it’s every bit as strong and durable as the rest of the FireShield range.

Intuitive System

This is an intuitive system, meaning the extinguisher is placed inside the fire risk area. When mounted inside a micro-environment, such as a fuse box or electrical cabinet, the extinguisher is close to high-risk ignition points. This means fires are tackled quickly and at the source of the fire, meaning damage is reduced and fires are tackled in rapid time. It is perfectly suited to any environment that is simply too small to accommodate other firefighting systems and a are hard to reach.

Extinguishing Agent

This palm-sized extinguisher is powered by Fluoroketone, a cold gas that absorbs heat from the fire. This means that it leaves no residue behind, making it the perfect choice for sensitive and valuable electrical equipment. It can tackle Class A, B, C, and Electrically started fires.

This extinguisher comes with a BSI Verification certificate for peace of mind that it is intrinsically safe. It is tested and certified to have twice the potency of co2 per Kg reducing space and increasing efficiency when you need it most. This extinguisher also delivers no static or thermal shock and leaves no residue, meaning it won't damage electrical equipment when dispersed.
