The FireShield Automatic Launcher Fire Extinguisher is an innovative, one-of-a-kind extinguisher that offers the maximum number of ways to fight fires and improve fire safety. It is simultaneously as normal fire extinguisher, but it can also take over if the fire becomes too strong to safely tackle. Not only that, but it also acts as an automatic fire suppression system.
Alongside the traditional fire extinguisher handle and hose, this extinguisher features two heat sensors that activate when they pick up temperatures above 68°C. When these heat sensors activate, the unique discharge mechanism is triggered, resulting in 360-degree activation.
Thanks to this unique feature, if a fire becomes too big to handle, a firefighter can launch the extinguisher at the fire and move to safety. The extinguisher then activates, smothering the fire in 90% MAP dry powder.
The FireShield Automatic Launcher Fire Extinguisher can also be used as a standalone, modular suppression system in areas where early fire detection isn’t possible. That makes it perfect for a wide range of locations where traditional fire extinguishers might not be suitable.
Thanks to its 3-in-1 design, robust construction, and powerful dry powder extinguishant, there are few fire extinguishers more versatile than the FireShield Automatic Launcher Fire Extinguisher.
This extinguisher comes with a BSI Verification certificate for peace of mind that it is intrinsically safe. It is tested and certified to have twice the potency of co2 per Kg reducing space and increasing efficiency when you need it most. This extinguihser also delivers no static or thermal shock and leaves no residue, if the worse did happen, the impact from using this extinguisher would be minimal.

Fire Protection Shop specialise in the supply of high-quality fire extinguishers. There are many different classifications of fire and so our products include a variety of different extinguisher types. For example, we offer water or foam fire extinguishers for solid combustibles and carbon dioxide fire extinguishers for flammable liquid or electrical fires. Each extinguishing agent comes with its benefits. Typically, water extinguishers are cheaper, produce a cooling effect and prevent reignition once the fire has been extinguished. Carbon dioxide extinguishers are clean agents, they leave no residue, are suitable for electrical fires and are often used on liquid fires which include petrol, oil or other solvents.
In addition to our extinguishers, we offer a range of fire safety products to both domestic and commercial premises. This includes the supply of fire blankets, extinguisher stands, smoke alarms, first aid kits and much more. Our entire range is sourced from reputable brand manufacturers at competitive prices. Also, all of our products carry a full warranty and guarantee and are supplied with relevant fixings where applicable.
