Usage Instructions:
Hold the DR1 Dispenser vertically about 30cm from the smoke alarm.
Depress the actuator for one second and wait for the alarm to activate.
If the alarm does not activate, repeat the process. If the alarm still does not activate, further investigation and replacement may be necessary.
Safety and Maintenance:
Risk Assessment: It is recommended to perform a risk assessment before using the DR1 on energized equipment. No liability is accepted for improper use.
Maintenance: Clean the DR1 Dispenser with mild detergent and water using a damp cloth. Store the Detectasmoke® canister within the DR1 to avoid accidental discharge and protect the canister from damage.
Service and Protection: When the aerosol can is empty, simply replace it with a new Detectasmoke® DSF2R canister. The DR1 Dispenser is designed to be reused, promoting sustainability.
Additional Tips:
Storage: When not in use, detach the smoke canister and insert it into the DR1 Dispenser to prevent unwanted triggering and protect the canister from external damage.
