6L Wet Chemical Extinguisher

This extinguisher is built for Class F fires involving cooking oils and fats, which are the biggest risk anywhere you deep fry. The wet chemical agent reacts with burning oil to form a soapy layer (saponification). That layer smothers the flames and cools the oil to help stop it from reigniting.

2kg CO2 Extinguisher

This one is for electrical fires and Class B flammable liquid fires. CO2 displaces the oxygen feeding the fire and leaves no residue, so it won’t damage fryers, ovens, tills or other kitchen equipment.

Fire Blanket

A quick, simple way to smother a small pan fire or wrap someone whose clothing has caught fire. It sits in a compact wall-mounted case, ready to pull out in seconds.
